ICAEW 2023 Probate Diversity Survey
Every two years, all firms accredited for probate services are required to collect, report and publish diversity data about their employees, under the regulatory functions of the Legal Services Act 2007. In early 2023, our employees were invited to anonymously complete the survey supplied by the ICAEW, using a third-party provider. Please click on the link below to see our results.
Conclusions
We take great pride as a firm in encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion amongst our workforce, and eliminating unlawlful discrimination. The aim for our workforce to be a true representation of society and our clients; and for each employee to feel respected and able to give thier best. The result of the questionnaire continues to show that we are well diversified and understand that a dvierse and inclusive work environment can positively effect our staff and clients.
